Diagnosis
Error code E01 (also sometimes displayed as E21 on certain models) specifically means the air fryer's internal control board has detected an open circuit in the temperature sensor (NTC thermistor) circuit. This sensor is critical for monitoring the cooking temperature. An "open circuit" means the electrical path is broken, which can be caused by a faulty sensor, a disconnected wire, or a problem with the main control board.
How to Fix It
First, perform a hard reset to clear any temporary electronic glitch.
- Unplug the Cosori TurboBlaze from the wall outlet.
- Allow the appliance to cool down completely for at least 30-60 minutes. This ensures safety and allows internal components to reset.
- Plug the air fryer directly back into a working wall outlet (avoid power strips).
- Turn the unit on. If the E01 error is gone, you can resume normal use. If the error returns immediately or when you try to start a cook cycle, the issue is persistent.
If That Didn't Work
A persistent E01 error indicates a hardware fault that requires professional diagnosis and repair. Do not disassemble the appliance, as this voids the warranty and risks electric shock.
- Contact Cosori Customer Support directly. Have your model number (CAF-DC601-KUS) and proof of purchase ready.
- Cosori will likely troubleshoot with you and, if needed, initiate a warranty replacement or repair for the faulty component, which is typically the temperature sensor or the main PCB.
- The same repair process applies to the related error E02/E22, which indicates a short circuit in the same temperature monitoring system.
