Diagnosis: Clogged or improperly installed filters. Reduced airflow is a primary symptom.
Fix:
- Unplug the unit.
- Open the front cover by pulling the top part.
- Remove and inspect all three filters in order: Pre-filter, Deodorization filter, True HEPA filter.
- Clean the reusable Pre-filter with a vacuum or water. Let it dry completely before reinstalling.
- Check the Deodorization and True HEPA filters. These cannot be cleaned. If the filter replacement indicator is on, they must be replaced.
- Reinstall filters in the correct order and direction. Ensure the Pre-filter clicks into the grip firmly. Close the front cover completely.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK: The air inlet or outlet vents may be blocked by dust. Clean them every 2 months with a soft brush. If covered in dust, run the purifier in manual mode for 10 minutes to blow it off.
