Most likely a power supply issue. Start with the basics.
- Check that the power cord is firmly plugged into a 120V, 60Hz outlet.
- Verify the outlet is working. Plug in a lamp you know works.
- Ensure the outlet is a dedicated, grounded one. Don't use a power strip shared with other high-draw appliances.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK: The front cover safety feature could be the culprit. The fan motor shuts down if the front cover is open or not properly closed. Make sure the cover is fully seated and latched.
HEADS UP: Never move the unit by pulling the cord. If the cord is damaged, do not attempt to replace it yourself. Unplug it and contact Coway service.
