DIAGNOSIS Continuous beeping is a security alert. The most common trigger is the door being manually disconnected (pulling the red emergency release cord) while the system is armed.
FIX Re-engage the door with the opener and clear the alert.
- Make sure the door is fully down and the red emergency release handle is pushed fully back into the 'engaged' position (towards the door).
- Pull the release cord down and towards the door to re-engage it—you should feel a solid click.
- Press the wall console button once. The beeping should stop.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK Check the safety sensors. If their aligned green LED is off or blinking, something is blocking the beam or they got bumped. Clear the path and realign them until the green lights are solid.
HEADS UP If you disconnect the door manually, always close it fully before re-engaging the opener. Trying to re-engage with the door halfway open can cause strain and trigger more errors.
