The flashing white power LED indicates the monitor is in Standby mode, awaiting a valid video signal.
- Verify the video cable (DisplayPort or HDMI) is securely connected to both the monitor and your computer's graphics output.
- On the monitor, manually select the correct input source. Use the OSD menu: navigate to Menu > Input Source and select either DisplayPort or HDMI.
- Restart your computer to force a fresh signal handshake.
- If using a desktop PC, ensure the graphics card is seated properly and its drivers are updated.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK: Test with a different video cable. Try a different video output port on your computer. If you have another monitor, test it to confirm your PC is outputting a signal.
HEADS UP: If the 'No Input Signal' message persists across multiple cables and computers, run the monitor's self-test by disconnecting all video cables. The monitor should display its self-test pattern. If it does, the monitor is functional and the issue is upstream. If it doesn't, contact Dell support.
