If the alert appears during use after a long period of cleaning, the HEPA media is likely saturated with microscopic debris that cannot be removed by a simple shake, requiring a full aqueous wash. In some cases, a hairline gap between the filter housing and the main body seal is enough to trigger the sensor, as the machine detects "leaking" air rather than filtered air.

How to Fix It

Follow these precise steps to clear the alert and restore full suction:

1. Power down the machine completely and remove the battery if you are performing a deep clean to ensure no accidental triggers.
2. Locate the purple filter assembly at the rear of the V15 motor unit. Grasp the filter and rotate it anti-clockwise (left) until it unlocks from the chassis, then pull it straight out.
3. Inspect the rubber gasket (the O-ring) on the filter. Ensure there are no tears, cracks, or trapped debris. A compromised seal here will trigger the red alert even with a clean filter.

If That Didn't Work
