Check the slider switch on the cleaner head itself. The laser is controlled independently there.
- Locate the slider switch on your Laser Slim Fluffy cleaner head.
- Slide it to the 'on' position.
- The laser is a Class 1 laser product, safe for pets and humans, but avoid looking directly into the beam.
If that didn't work: Ensure the cleaner head is properly attached to the wand and the wand is properly attached to the main body. An incomplete connection may prevent power from reaching the head.
Heads up: The laser is designed to make invisible dust visible on hard floors. It does not affect suction power.
