DIAGNOSIS This is a thermal cut-off. The motorized brush bar, combined with Max mode, creates excessive load. The system protects itself from overheating.
FIX Turn the vacuum off. Let it cool for 30 minutes. Switch to a non-motorized tool, like the crevice tool. Turn it on in Eco mode. If it runs normally, the issue is brush bar related.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK Remove the brush bar from the cleaner head. Manually rotate it. It must spin freely. Clear any wound hair or thread from the ends. A bound brush bar creates immediate overload.
HEADS UP Max mode is for short bursts only. Continuous use on high-pile carpet with the laser head will always trigger thermal protection. Use Auto mode for extended cleaning.
