DIAGNOSIS The inverter board is not receiving the signal to close the output relay. Usually a tripped breaker or a fault condition the board hasn't cleared.

FIX Turn the generator off. Press and hold the circuit breaker button on the control panel until you feel a distinct click. That resets it. Also, turn the Eco Mode switch OFF. Start the generator, let it run at full speed for 30 seconds, then plug in a load.

IF THAT DIDN'T WORK There is a 5A fuse on the inverter control board. You need to remove the side panel to access it. Check if it's blown. A blown fuse points to a short circuit downstream.

HEADS UP Always start the generator with no load connected when troubleshooting power output. Plugging in a faulty tool or appliance can cause this.
