the wireless remote start fob stopped working, changed batteries, still nothing.

DIAGNOSIS The receiver module inside the generator has lost its pairing with the remote, or has failed.

FIX First, re-pair the remote. With the generator OFF, press and hold the 'Program' button on the receiver module (inside the control panel) for 5 seconds until the LED blinks. Then, within 30 seconds, press any button on the remote. The LED should stop blinking, indicating a successful pair.

IF THAT DIDN'T WORK The 5A fuse for the remote start system might be blown. It's on the main control board, separate from the inverter fuse. Check it.

HEADS UP The wireless remote will not function if the generator's main battery is weak or has a poor connection. Always verify battery health first.
