Diagnosis
F10 is a keypad short circuit error. The control board detected a stuck or shorted key.
How to Fix It
Unplug the range for 2 minutes. This resets the control. Plug it back in. If F10 returns immediately, you have a hardware fault. Clean the entire control panel thoroughly with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Dry it completely. Spills or grease can cause shorts. If cleaning doesn't work, the touchpad assembly itself is likely faulty and needs replacement. For the GCRE3060AF, the part is often the entire user interface touchpad.
If That Didn't Work
The wiring harness connecting the touchpad to the main control board might be damaged or have a pinched wire. You'll need to access the back of the console to inspect it.
Heads Up
Do not use steam or excessive water to clean the control panel. Liquid can seep in and cause permanent damage. A slightly damp cloth is sufficient.
