greenworks gpw1804 won't turn on at all, power switch does nothing. checked the outlet and it's fine.

Check two things: the switch position and the gun trigger.

1. Verify the On/Off switch is in the "ON" ( | ) position, not "OFF" (O).
2. The power switch can be ON, but the motor won't start until the gun trigger is squeezed. With the power switch ON, push in on the gun trigger. This engages the AUTO ON switch.

If that didn't work: The pressure washer circuit breaker is tripped. Turn the switch OFF, unplug the unit, and allow it to cool for 30 minutes. Then plug it in and restart.

Heads up: Before connecting power, always ensure the switch is OFF. Check the power cord for damage before each use. Never use a damaged cord.
