hair wrapped around dyson v15 brush bar, how do i get it out?

You need to remove the brush bar from the cleaner head to properly clear it. The anti-tangle comb helps, but you still need to check regularly.

1. Make sure the machine is off and disconnected from the charger. Don't touch the trigger.
2. Press the cleaner head release button and remove the wand. Place the cleaner head upside down.
3. Use a coin to unlock the end cap. Twist it 90° anti-clockwise and remove it.
4. Slide the brush bar out of the cleaner head.
5. Remove any hair or fibers wrapped around the brush bar.
6. Also check inside the cleaner head and remove any debris.
7. Slide the brush bar back in, push the end cap on, and turn it 90° clockwise to lock.

If that didn't work: For the Laser Slim Fluffy head, the brush bar is washable. You can rinse it under water. For the Digital Motorbar head, only wipe it with a damp lint-free cloth; it's not washable.

Heads up: Never put the cleaner head or brush bar in a dishwasher. Don't use detergents.
