Diagnosis
The scooter's Bluetooth module is not in discovery mode. It only broadcasts its signal under specific conditions.
How to Fix It
First, turn the scooter on. The power light must be solid white. Open the Unagi app. Go to the 'Add Scooter' screen. Only then, press and hold the Mode button (the one that cycles speed settings) for 5 seconds until the power LED blinks blue. The scooter should now appear in the app's list as 'Unagi-XXXX'.
If That Didn't Work
Ensure no other Bluetooth device is actively connected to the scooter (like an old phone). Turn Bluetooth off and on on your phone. Force quit and reopen the Unagi app. Repeat the pairing sequence with the scooter within 3 feet of your phone.
Heads Up
The scooter will not appear in your phone's general system Bluetooth menu. Pairing must be initiated and completed only through the Unagi app interface.
