Diagnosis
This is the low battery protection circuit activating. The battery voltage is below the safe operating threshold for the BMS.
How to Fix It
Connect the official Unagi charger to the scooter. Confirm the charger light is red. Leave it to charge undisturbed for a minimum of 30 minutes. Attempt to power on. If successful, continue charging to full (charger light turns green).
If That Didn't Work
The issue may be a poor charger connection. Unplug everything. Firmly reseat the charger cable into the scooter's charging port. Ensure the magnetic connector is clean and fully seated. Listen for a faint click. Retry the charging process.
Heads Up
Do not attempt to ride or repeatedly press the power button during the initial 30-minute charge. This can draw the battery down further and trigger a deep protection lockout requiring a longer, full-cycle charge to reset.
