how do you clean the touchscreen on this thing? it's got greasy fingerprints that won't come off and now it's not responding well.

DIAGNOSIS: Grease and moisture are interfering with the capacitive touch sensors. Using regular cleaners or spraying directly on the unit can make it worse or cause damage.

FIX: Unplug the cooker. Dampen a microfiber cloth with just water, or a 50/50 mix of water and white vinegar for grease. Wring it out completely—it should be barely damp. Gently wipe the screen and the entire control panel. Dry immediately with a separate dry microfiber cloth. For stubborn spots, put the damp cloth over the spot for a minute to loosen the grease before wiping.

IF THAT DIDN'T WORK: If the screen is still unresponsive, the grease might have seeped into the edges. Perform a hard reset (unplug for 60 seconds) after cleaning to reboot the touch controller.

HEADS UP: Never use abrasive pads, paper towels (they scratch), window cleaner, all-purpose sprays, or pour any liquid directly onto the controls. Don't use isopropyl alcohol unless specifically says it's okay—it can degrade anti-glare coatings.
