DIAGNOSIS: 'Keep Warm' maintains a specific temperature range (usually 145-165°F), but if the lid isn't on or is unlocked, or the mass of food is small, it can't hold that temp effectively.
FIX: Ensure the lid is on and locked during Keep Warm mode. It uses minimal power and relies on insulation. For smaller portions (less than a quarter pot), the temperature will drop faster. Try switching to the 'Slow Cook Low' setting instead, which applies more consistent gentle heat.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK: There's a known firmware bug in some early units where Keep Warm would cycle off prematurely. Check if there's a firmware update available via the app. If you're not connected, contact support—they can tell you your firmware version and if a patch is needed.
HEADS UP: Don't use Keep Warm for more than a few hours for food safety. Bacteria can grow in the 'warm but not hot' zone. For longer holding, refrigerate and reheat properly.
