i can’t get the inokim app to connect to my scooter via bluetooth, it just keeps searching.

Quick answer: The scooter's Bluetooth module may not be in pairing mode, or there is an app permission conflict.

Diagnosis

The scooter's Bluetooth module may not be in pairing mode, or there is an app permission conflict.

How to Fix It

First, ensure the scooter is powered ON. Open the Inokim app. Go to settings and forget any previous Inokim devices. On Android, grant location permission (Bluetooth requires it). On iOS, ensure Bluetooth is enabled in settings. Press the scan button in the app. It should appear as "INOKIM_L2S_XXXX".

If That Didn't Work

The Bluetooth module in the dashboard may be faulty. A hard reset can sometimes wake it: power on the scooter, then hold the power button for 10 seconds until it powers off. Power on again and try.

Heads Up

The app connection is only for viewing trip data and basic settings. It does not control the scooter's operation or unlock speed.
