Diagnosis
This indicates a severe cell imbalance within the battery pack. One or more cell groups are failing under load.
How to Fix It
Perform a full balance charge. Leave the scooter plugged into the charger for a minimum of 12 hours after the charger light turns green. The BMS needs this time to balance the cells. Do this for three consecutive charge cycles.
If That Didn't Work
The battery pack has degraded. You need a capacity test. A healthy Light 2 Super battery should provide ~18-20 miles range in ideal conditions. Significantly less confirms pack failure.
Heads Up
Do not store the scooter with a fully depleted battery. This accelerates cell imbalance. Store at 50-80% charge.
