Diagnosis
This is almost always a problem on Cubo's cloud server end, not your local Wi-Fi. Their servers occasionally have outages or maintenance periods that break the connection.
How to Fix It
First, check if the service is down. Go to Cubo's official social media (like their Facebook page) or a service status page—they usually post updates there. The second step is a standard tech reboot: force-close the Cubo app on your phone, then reopen it. If that fails, unplug the camera from power for 30 seconds, then plug it back in and wait for it to fully reboot (the light will cycle).
If That Didn't Work
It could be a corrupted app cache or data. On your phone, go to Settings > Apps > Cubo Ai > Storage & Cache. Tap "Clear Cache." If you're desperate, you can tap "Clear Storage" or "Clear Data," but know this will log you out and you'll have to log back in and re-pair the camera.
Heads Up
Unlike some monitors that have a direct local stream, the Cubo Ai Plus relies heavily on its cloud connection for almost all features. When their servers hiccup, you're locked out. There's no local-only backup viewing mode, which is a known limitation of the design.
