The IM-01 is programmed to prioritize ice preservation; it will not initiate a high-heat or high-agitation cleaning cycle if it believes there is usable ice in the reservoir that would be melted or contaminated by the cleaning solution. To confirm this is a sensor issue, check if the "Ice Full" light is also illuminated or flickering; if so, the cleaning cycle is being blocked by the basket detection system.

How to Fix It

To override the blinking light and successfully trigger the automated cleaning sequence, follow these precise steps:
