is there a keyboard shortcut to quickly open the dell display manager settings menu without clicking the icon?

Yeah, there are a bunch. You can set custom shortcuts for several functions, but there's also a default one to open the main menu.

The default program shortcut key to open the Quick Settings dialog is Ctrl+Shift+D. Pressing that will bring up the mini DDM user interface right under your mouse cursor.

You can also define your own custom shortcut keys in DDM for other actions: a shortcut to switch between your five most recently used Easy Arrange layouts (Ctrl+Shift+Home), a shortcut to quickly apply a Picture-in-Picture position, or a shortcut to toggle between two favorite video inputs if you're switching between PCs a lot.
