You're missing the high-pressure spray tip. The wand won't build pressure without it.

  • Fix it: Pull back the quick-connect collar on the spray wand, push a spray tip (like the 15° or Turbo) into place, then push the collar forward to lock it. You should feel it click.
  • Check the hose: Your garden hose diameter is too small. Replace it with a 5/8” (16 mm) or 1” (25 mm) hose.
  • Check water supply: Open the faucet all the way. Check the entire hose for kinks, leaks, or blockages.

If that didn't work: The pump might be sucking air. Turn the unit OFF, then squeeze the trigger on the spray wand to purge air from the system. Do this a few times.

Heads up: Never run the pressure washer without a spray tip installed. It damages the pump.
