moved my keurig to a new apartment and now it won't brew, just flashes lights. what do i do?

Moving a Keurig can sometimes cause it to flash lights and not brew. This is usually because the new location is at a high altitude or the machine got very cold during the move.

Procedure:

1. If your new apartment is above 5,000 feet in elevation, you need to enable High Altitude mode. You can do this by pressing and holding the brew button and the 8oz button together for 3 seconds.
2. If the brewer was in a cold environment, like a moving truck or a cold car, let it sit at room temperature for at least 2 hours before trying to use it. Using it while it's very cold can damage the internal parts.
3. Check that the water reservoir is clicked fully into place. After moving the brewer, the tank can sometimes be slightly misaligned.

If it still won't brew after these steps, empty the water reservoir and run a cleansing brew cycle. If the problem continues, the next step is to contact Keurig Customer Service.
