DIAGNOSIS A triple beep with no power indicates a pre-filter safety interlock fault. The front panel is not correctly seated.
FIX Turn the unit off. Press the two latches on the sides of the front panel and pull it off completely. Reattach it, ensuring you hear a distinct click on both sides.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK Inspect the rubber seal around the inner filter compartment. Ensure it is flat and the main True HEPA filter is pushed fully back into its slot.
HEADS UP The unit will not operate with the front panel removed or unlatched. This is a safety feature.
