my barton pressure cooker won't build up any steam, it just leaks from the side. what's wrong?

The sealing ring is worn or not seated. Replace it. Also check the floating valve for debris and clean it. Ensure the lid handles are fully aligned until the arrows match. If the body or lid is dented, stop use and contact an authorized service center.
