Diagnosis
The thermal protector in the motor housing has tripped and not reset, or there's a power connection issue.
How to Fix It
Unplug the blender from the wall. Wait one full hour for it to cool completely. While unplugged, ensure the container is properly seated and locked onto the base. Plug it back in and try.
If That Didn't Work
Inspect the drive socket on the base and the drive coupling on the container. If the square drive is damaged or worn, the container won't activate the safety interlock. Try a different container if you have one.
Heads Up
The unit has a safety interlock. It will not power on unless the container is correctly installed. Look for the container alignment arrows.
