DIAGNOSIS Insufficient upload speed on your home internet connection. Live streaming requires consistent upload bandwidth, which is often much slower than download.
FIX Test your internet upload speed using a site like speedtest.net. You need a minimum of 2 Mbps upload per camera for a smooth live feed. Contact your ISP if speeds are low. Also, close other apps on your phone that may be using bandwidth.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK Your phone may be switching to cellular data or a weak Wi-Fi signal. Force your phone onto your home's 5GHz Wi-Fi network (if available) for faster local communication with the base station.
HEADS UP The Arlo Secure cloud service processes recordings. Live view is a direct pull from your base station. A slow live feed is almost always a local network or internet issue, not an Arlo server problem.
