This is almost always a Wi-Fi connectivity issue between your printer and router.
First, restart everything:
- Turn the printer off using the power button and unplug it from the wall for 60 seconds.
- Restart your Wi-Fi router by unplugging it for 30 seconds and plugging it back in.
- Plug the printer back in and turn it on. Wait for it to fully start up.
If that didn't work: The printer's wireless connection may need to be re-established. Check your router's connected device list to see if the printer appears. If not, you'll need to run the printer's wireless setup process again from its control panel.
Heads up: This printer requires a stable 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. It does not have a mobile app for direct printing, so all connections go through your home network.
