Most likely cause is a corrupted print job or a stuck Wi-Fi signal.
- Power cycle the printer. Unplug it from the wall for 60 seconds.
- Plug it back in. Wait for it to fully initialize.
- Cancel any pending print jobs from your computer's print queue.
- Restart your Wi-Fi router.
- Reconnect the printer to your network using the WPS button if necessary.
If that didn't work, check the power cable connection at both ends. Ensure you're using the original power adapter. A faulty outlet can cause similar behavior.
Heads up: This model uses 0.8 watts in standby. If it's completely unresponsive after a power cycle, the internal power supply may be faulty and require service.
