You need to clean the print head. First, make sure the printer is on.
Press and hold the Stop button. Release it the moment the Alarm lamp flashes exactly two times. The printer will start cleaning. Wait until the ON lamp stops flashing and stays lit—don't do anything else until then.
After it's done, print a nozzle check pattern to see if the lines are gone. If not, you can run the cleaning one more time.
