The unit isn't receiving power. First, verify the air fryer is plugged into a working outlet. Second, push the basket completely into the housing until it clicks. The unit will not power on if the basket isn't fully seated.
- Check the power cord connection at the wall.
- Firmly push the basket into the air fryer body. You should feel it engage.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK: If the unit is plugged in and the basket is secure, there may be a fault with the power supply cord. Do not use it if the cord is damaged. The cord must be replaced by the manufacturer or a qualified person to avoid a hazard.
HEADS UP: Always unplug the unit before cleaning or when not in use. Grab the plug, not the cord, to unplug it.
