Foreign object in the brush bar chamber. Unplug immediately.
- Lay the machine on its back. Push the red button under the ball and slide the cleaner head off.
- Press the button on the back of the cleaner head, push the end cap up 90 degrees, and pull the brush bar out.
- Remove any debris wrapped around the brush bar or lodged in the chamber. Check for small stones, Lego, or coins.
If the noise persists after reassembly, the object may be deeper in the cleaner head airway. Inspect the airway opening once the head is removed.
If that didn't work, the brush bar itself may be damaged from a severe impact. Inspect for broken bristles or a bent axle.
Heads up: Always clear large debris from floors before vacuuming to prevent this. Regularly check and clear the brush bar.
