my dyson ball animal 2 won't turn on, just nothing happens when i press the power button

It’s likely a complete blockage that tripped the automatic cut-out. Unplug the machine and let it cool for 30 minutes.

1. Unplug the vacuum and leave it to cool completely.
2. Lay the machine on its back. Press the red button on the bottom of the ball and slide the Motorbar cleaner head off.
3. Check the cleaner head airway and brush bar for wrapped hair or debris.
4. Open the handle cap and slide the wand and hose out of the machine. Press the button on the hose end to release the wand and check both for blockages.
5. Press the bin handle button to remove the bin. Press the tab on the hose base to detach the hose from the machine and check it.
6. Recline the machine, remove the outer cover of the ball. Remove the bin and lift the clear inspection panel in the bin recess. Clear any debris.

IF THAT DIDN'T WORK: The power supply might be interrupted. Ensure the plug is fully inserted into the outlet and the cable is securely wrapped around the cable hooks on the machine.

HEADS UP: Never operate the machine with a blockage. It will cut out automatically to protect the motor. Always unplug before checking for obstructions.
