my dyson tp04 filter light is on, how do i change the hepa filter?

— asked by Jordan

The display indicates when the non-washable glass HEPA filter needs replacing.

Fix:

  1. Unplug the appliance from the mains electricity supply.
  2. Slide the buttons down on both sides of the filter shrouds.
  3. The shrouds will release with the glass HEPA filters attached.
  4. Empty the glass HEPA filters directly into the bin by pushing in both purple tabs on the shrouds.
  5. Dispose of the used filter unit in accordance with local regulations. It is non-washable and non-recyclable.
  6. Install the new glass HEPA filter by pushing it into the shroud until secure.
  7. Click the shroud back onto the base.

Always unplug the appliance before changing filters.
