The most common cause is using Boost mode for general cleaning. It's designed for intensive spot cleaning and drains the battery fastest. For longer cleans, use Eco or Auto/Med mode.
- Check your current power mode on the LCD screen. Change it using the single button on the filter end of the machine.
- Switch to Eco mode for maximum run time for cleaning all around your home.
- Use Auto/Med mode for the optimum balance of power and run time. This mode activates automatically when you attach the cleaner head or Hair screw tool.
- Reserve Boost mode only for ground-in dirt spots.
If that didn't work: The battery health algorithm needs to 'learn'. Fully charge the machine after every clean and before first use. The display shows battery health; use Eco or Auto/Med mode to get the best life from the battery.
Heads up: Your machine won't operate or charge if the ambient temperature is below 5°C (41°F). This is a protective feature.
