my eero 6e network says it's online but my devices keep dropping wifi constantly.

DIAGNOSIS Your mesh nodes are likely placed too far apart or have too much physical interference (walls, appliances), causing unstable backhaul connections between them.

FIX First, check the eero app's placement guidance. Move satellites closer to the main gateway eero, ideally within 1-2 rooms and with a clear line of sight. Avoid placing them inside cabinets, behind TVs, or on the floor.

IF THAT DIDN'T WORK The 6GHz band used for wireless backhaul might be encountering interference. In the eero app, temporarily disable the 6GHz band under Settings > Network Settings > Wireless Radios and see if stability improves on the 5GHz band.

HEADS UP If you're using wireless backhaul, ensure all nodes are plugged directly into a wall outlet, not a power strip or surge protector, as some can cause power fluctuations that affect performance.
