Check blade condition, deck clearance, and cutting height consistency.
- Inspect the blade (e.g., part number 3707066004) for damage, dullness, or imbalance. Replace if necessary.
- Ensure the blade is installed correctly with the wave washer (part number 5650453001) and lock nut (part number 5630351002).
- Verify all four wheels are set to the same height using the height adjusting lever (part number 3322429001).
- Check that the deck is not obstructed by packed grass clippings, especially around the trail shield (part number 3129771001).
If that didn't work, the wheel assemblies (part number 2824429003) may be damaged, causing the deck to tilt during operation.
