It's not receiving power. Check the power cord connection at the wall and the back of the printer. Ensure the outlet is live.
If the outlet is good and the cord is secure, the printer may be in an extremely low-power state. The power consumption in 'Power Off Mode' is approximately 0.2 W. Unplug the printer from the wall outlet for 60 seconds, then plug it back in firmly. Press the power button.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK: The issue could be with the power supply itself. The printer operates on universal voltage (AC 100–240 V). Try a different power cord if you have a compatible one. If there's still no response, the internal power supply may have failed.
HEADS UP: The printer has a 2-year limited warranty with registration. If it's within warranty and a power cycle doesn't fix it, contact Epson for service or a full unit replacement.
