DIAGNOSIS That's the overheat error. The internal thermal sensor thinks the unit is too hot, usually because it's been running back-to-back cycles or it's in a super hot kitchen.
FIX Unplug it. Let it sit and cool down completely for at least 45 minutes to an hour. Plug it back in and try a lower temperature setting for your next cook to see if it triggers again. Make sure the air vents on the top and back aren't blocked by cabinets or walls.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK If it throws E01 immediately on a cool unit, the thermal sensor or its connection might be faulty. Check for any obvious debris inside the heating chamber, but this often means a component failure. Contact Gourmia support for a warranty check.
HEADS UP These units don't have a user-serviceable fuse. Don't try to open it up yourself looking for one, as that'll definitely void your warranty and it's not the issue here.
