Diagnosis
The monitor is powered on but not receiving a valid video signal from the PC. The most common cause is an incorrect input source selected on the monitor.
How to Fix It
1. Press the monitor's power button to wake it from standby.
2. Press the single multifunction button on the bottom bezel to open the OSD menu.
3. Use the same button to navigate to 'Input Control'.
4. Select the correct input source (HDMI or DisplayPort) matching the cable you are using.
5. Press the button to select. The 'No Signal' message should clear.
If That Didn't Work
The issue is likely the video cable or PC output. Power everything down. Reseat both ends of the video cable firmly. Try a different, known-good HDMI or DisplayPort cable. Ensure your PC's graphics output is enabled and set to extend or duplicate to the display.
Heads Up
If you are using a laptop, you may need to press a dedicated function key (e.g., F4, F8) to enable external display output. The monitor does not have a VGA port, so adapters must be active and of good quality.
