This is almost always a power supply issue or a tripped auto-off. Check the power cord connection at the back of the unit first—it can work loose.
- Unplug the machine.
- Inspect the power cord where it connects to the coffeemaker base. Ensure it's fully seated and secure.
- Plug the machine directly into a known-good wall outlet. Do not use an extension cord or power strip.
- Press the ON/OFF button. The power light should illuminate.
If that didn't work: The 2-hour auto-off feature might be engaged in a way that prevents startup. Unplug the machine, wait 10 seconds, then plug it back in and press ON/OFF again.
Heads up: If it still won't power on with a verified outlet, the internal fuse or wiring is likely faulty. Do not attempt to open the housing. The unit requires service.
