The end-of-cycle alert is stuck on. Clear it manually.
- Press the "Program" button once. This should acknowledge and silence the alert.
- If that doesn't work, press the "Off" button to cancel any active cycle.
- As a last resort, unplug the unit from the wall for 10 seconds, then plug it back in. This resets the control board.
If that didn't work: The control pad itself might be faulty, with a stuck button causing repeated signals. Inspect the panel for any sticky residue or physical damage.
Heads up: To prevent this, ensure you empty the carafe and press "Off" after the brew cycle finishes. Leaving it in a post-brew alert state can sometimes cause the sound to reactivate.
