The power cord is likely not fully seated or the outlet is dead. Check the connection at the back of the unit and at the wall. Try a different outlet you know works.
If power is confirmed, the issue is internal. Unplug it. There are no user-serviceable parts for the control board or internal wiring. Do not open the unit. This requires a service call or replacement.
