DIAGNOSIS The unit is not receiving power. This is typically caused by a disconnection in the base unit's power path or a safety lockout.
FIX Follow this checklist in order. 1. Verify the power cord is fully inserted into the base unit and the wall outlet. 2. Ensure the blender pitcher is correctly twisted and locked onto the base. The handle must align with the unlock symbol and be fully rotated to the lock position. 3. Confirm the pitcher base is securely attached to the pitcher itself. It must click into place.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK The issue may be a faulty power cord or base unit. Test the outlet with another device. Try a different power cord with the same barrel connector specifications (12V 3A). If the unit still has no power, the base internal electronics have likely failed.
HEADS UP The unit will not operate if the pitcher is not perfectly locked. This is a safety feature. Listen for a distinct click when attaching the pitcher base to the pitcher.
