DIAGNOSIS The unit has entered a thermal protection or overload error state. The flashing red light is the indicator for this fault on the SS151 model.
FIX 1. Unplug the base unit from the wall outlet immediately. 2. Remove the pitcher or cup. 3. Allow the motor base to cool down completely for at least 30-45 minutes. 4. Check for obstructions around the base's ventilation slots. 5. After cooling, plug the unit back in. The light should return to solid blue, indicating ready status.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK If the red flashing light persists after a full cool-down and with no pitcher attached, the thermal sensor or control board may be faulty. The unit requires service. Continuous red flashing without a load is a base electronics failure.
HEADS UP This fault is triggered by extended use, very thick mixtures, or a blocked ventilation path. Adhere to the maximum run times: do not operate for more than one minute continuously. For thick mixtures, use the 'PULSE' function in short bursts.
