How to Fix It
- Immediately unplug the Motor Base from the wall outlet.
- Allow the unit to cool down completely at room temperature, away from any heat source. This typically takes a minimum of 1-2 hours.
- After it has fully cooled, plug the Motor Base directly into a known-working wall outlet.
- Press the blend button firmly. If the thermal breaker has reset, the unit should now power on and operate normally.
If That Didn't Work
If the unit remains completely unresponsive after a full cool-down, the issue may be a failed thermal breaker, a problem with the internal wiring, or a fault in the motor itself. First, double-check that you are using the correct power cord and that your electrical outlet is functioning by testing another appliance.
