my nutri bullet baby won't turn on at all, what gives?

— asked by Jamie

The motor has an internal thermal breaker. If it overheats, it shuts off. Unplug the Motor Base and let it cool for a few hours. It will reset once it cools down. If it still won't turn on, the appliance must be replaced—the plug and cord are not replaceable. Contact customer service.
