Diagnosis
The blender not turning on after charging typically indicates an incomplete charge cycle, a connection fault between the motor unit and the blending shaft, or a depleted battery that can no longer hold a charge.
How to Fix It
- Verify the Charge: Plug the motor unit into the charger. The charge indicator light must show a solid blue light to confirm a full charge. If it's off, blinking, or a different color, leave it plugged in for the full recommended charging time (usually 3-4 hours).
- Check the Assembly: Ensure the blending shaft is pushed completely onto the motor unit until you hear or feel a distinct 'click' that confirms it's locked. An insecure connection breaks the circuit.
- Test the Outlet: Try a different wall outlet to rule out a faulty power source for the charger.
If That Didn't Work
The internal battery may have failed. First, try a different charging cable and USB power adapter if yours is a model that uses one. If the unit still won't power on with a confirmed full charge (solid blue light) and proper assembly, the rechargeable battery is likely dead and requires replacement, which involves contacting Ovente support as the unit is not user-serviceable.
Heads Up
Never immerse the motor unit in water. Only the detachable blending shaft is washable. Forcing the shaft attachment can damage the locking mechanism.
