Check the charge indicator light. It must be solid blue for a full charge. If the light isn't blue, the battery is depleted or the charger isn't connected. Plug it into the charger until the light turns blue.
Ensure the mixing shaft is fully attached and locked into the motor unit. An improper connection will prevent power transfer.
