First, check power. The plug must be fully inserted into a grounded wall outlet.
Then, check for these common issues:
- Multiple appliances are plugged into the same outlet. The Airfryer has a high wattage. Try a different outlet and check your fuses.
- The unit was stored in a cold place. If the storage temperature was too low, let it warm up to room temperature for at least 15 minutes before plugging it in again.
If the screen displays "E1" after these checks, the device may be faulty. Call Philips customer service or your local authorized service center.
