Check power first. The plug is loose or a circuit is overloaded.
- Make sure the plug is fully inserted into the wall socket.
- Unplug it and try a different outlet. Don't use the same outlet as other high-wattage appliances. Check your home's fuses or breakers.
If that didn't work: If the unit was stored somewhere very cold, let it warm up at room temperature for at least 15 minutes before plugging it in again. If it still won't turn on, the unit may be defective. Contact Philips support.
Heads up: Never use the appliance if the plug, power cord, or the unit itself is damaged. Damaged cords must be replaced by Philips or an authorized service center.
